ABOUT KAWILA 126 VILLA

Chiangmai Kawila Villa 126.  The Thai Lanna wooden private home  located by the river.

The property is well maintenance by the owner who is retired and is delighted to welcome guests and new friends from all over the world.

 

There are two types of rooms as follows:

 

Type 1: Modern Lanna rooms located in the new building.

The room is large with a private bathroom. Well equipped with air conditioning and TV. You can choose to stay on the first or second floor.

The shared kitchen with a refrigerator is separated from the house due to safety measures, as it is located 100 meters walking distance within the property.

 

Type2: Thai Lanna Wooden Villa all constructed with teak wood.

Everything in the room is made with wood. Just like back in the old days of our Thai ancestors when wood was the primary material for construction. There is a classic bathroom in every villa. Air conditioning is installed in the room. The shared kitchen with a refrigerator is separated from the house due to safety measures, as it is located 100 meters walking distance within the property.

 

Parking Space is available.  Pets are welcome.

 

You can enjoy a beautiful garden in the center of the property as well as the view of the River Ping or privately sit by the river bank within our Kawila 126 Villa Property.
